Upload the supplier quotes for the same tender or purchase together. Supported formats are PDF, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), Word (.docx) and GAEB (.x83 and .x84). GAEB line items are extracted structurally. Scanned PDFs can be processed with OCR; clear scans improve recognition.

Check that the file opens locally, uses a supported format and is not password-protected. For blurry scans, use a clearer original. Try uploading the affected file on its own. If the error persists, send the file format, time and error message through the support form without including confidential quote contents.

Check extracted line items, quantities, units, unit prices and totals against the original quotes. Pay particular attention to differences in scope, alternative items, discounts and missing information. AI matching can be wrong. Review and correct the comparison before export; a lower price alone does not mean the offers cover equivalent work.

Open the completed comparison and choose PDF or Excel export. Excel includes formulas for further editing; PDF is suitable for sharing and documentation. Export availability depends on your plan. Basic includes PDF exports, while Pro and Power also include Excel exports. Check the pricing page for current plan details.

Check the remaining quota and active plan shown in your account. The free plan includes a one-time trial allowance; paid plans have their stated limits. If your quota or purchased plan looks incorrect, give support your account email and purchase time. Do not send payment details or passwords.

EU mode restricts AI processing to providers with processing paths inside the European Union. Check this setting before processing your documents. The privacy policy explains data handling in more detail. Enterprise customers can request a data processing agreement.
