Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of Pricemirror AI, a service provided by Baudis AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), exclusively by entrepreneurs and business customers acting for commercial or independent professional purposes. Contracts with consumers are excluded.

2. Services

Pricemirror AI enables users to upload offer documents and create AI-assisted price comparison tables, including PDF and Excel export.

We may extend, change, or discontinue features where this is required for technical operation, security, or further development.

3. Registration and account

• Use of the service requires a user account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.
• Unauthorized access or misuse of your account must be reported to us without delay.

4. Permitted use

You may use the service only within the limits of applicable law.

• You may not upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• You may not use malware, automated attacks, or attempts to bypass protective measures.
• You may not use the service to infringe third-party rights.

5. AI results and responsibility

Results generated by Pricemirror AI are created automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. You must independently review all results before using them for business or legal decisions.

6. Prices, subscriptions, and payment

The prices, feature scopes, and limits published in the app apply. All prices are net prices excluding applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe; the selected billing period and the total amount due for that period are displayed before checkout is completed.

7. Termination

Paid subscriptions run monthly or annually, depending on the selection, and renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled beforehand. They can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal available in account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. Account deletion is available separately; statutory retention duties remain unaffected.

8. Rights to content

You retain the rights to the content you upload. You grant us the rights required to process, store, and technically use that content for providing the service.

9. Availability and support

We strive to provide reliable operation, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, provider outages, or force majeure may temporarily restrict the service.

10. Liability

Statutory liability applies. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

11. Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data is available in our privacy policy.

Where we process personal data on behalf of a business customer, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is available on request at info@pricemirror.ai.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with effect for the future where legal, technical, or operational changes make this necessary. We will inform users of material changes in an appropriate way.
